Cancellations: We require twenty-four hours notice of cancellation for your services . If less than twenty-four hours notice is given, you will be charged 50% off the missed service.
Village Hair Studio requires a presentation of any gift certificates being used as payment for services. It is our policy to not honor lost gift certificates. Please treat them as you would cash.

Punctuality: We strive for perfection and do everything to ensure that your appointment times are met. If you are more than fifteen minutes late for an appointment, it may be necessary to shorter your service or reschedule your appointment.
